2014 Finals: Game 5
39-15 Run
San Antonio vs. Miami
104-87
June 15, 2014
AT&T Center, San Antonio, TX
After going down 22-6 in the opening minutes, Ginobili kicked off a run with an and-1  drive to the hoop.  Great shooting and hard defense pushed the San Antonio into the lead in the 2nd and Ginobili finished the 39-15 run with a flawless step-back three.   They would never give up this lead and would win the series here in Game 5.

2003 Western Conference Finals: Game 6
Kerr's four threes
San Antonio vs. Dallas
90 - 78
May 29, 2003
American Airlines Center, Dallas, TX
On their way to their 2nd championship in 2003, San Antonio had to get past Dallas. San Antonio was up a game in the series but was down by 13 points going into the 4th quarter. That's when San Antonio found another gear led by unlikely hero Steve Kerr. Kerr hit four threes as part of a 34 - 9 crushing performance in the 4th quarter. San Antonio won the game and the series, and then dismantled New Jersey in 6 games to win the title.

1999 Western Conference Finals: Game 2
Memorial Day Miracle
San Antonio vs. Portland
86 - 85
May 31, 1999
Alamodome, San Antonio, TX
You could argue that the San Antionio dynasty and string of championships started with the "Memorial Day Miracle". In Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals, San Antonio was down by 18 early in the 3rd before battling back to get within 2 with 12 seconds remaining. Mario Elie inbounded the ball to Sean Elliott, who shouldn't even have been playing as he had a serious kidney condition that required a transplant. Elliott came up big, hitting his sixth 3 pointer of the game to give San Antonio a 1 point lead, which they held on to for the win. The momentum helped carry them to their first ever NBA championship.

1994 Regular Season
Robinson's 71-point game
San Antonio vs. Los Angeles
112 - 97
April 24, 1994
Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena, Los Angeles, CA
The Admiral has a number of great moments you could point to in an amazing career, but perhaps his greatest was his 71 point game against Los Angeles. It was the last game of the season and David Robinson was down 33 points to Shaquille O€™Neal for the scoring title. Robinson was dominant in the game shooting 63 percent on 41 attempts and 72 percent on free throws. His last bucket was a jumper over Monta Ellis, giving him 71 and securing him the scoring title.
