Relive one of the greatest moments in Notre Dame football history with this filter-ready face mask:
1971 Regular Season
The Genuflect Play
Notre Dame vs Purdue
8 - 7
25 September, 1971
It was a low scoring muddy game. Late in the 4th Notre Dame recovered a fumble for a TD, and Ara Parseghian called for the "Genuflect play." On the 2 pt conversion, QB Pat Steenberge faked a sweep and Mike Creaney faked a block, got to his knee and then slipped into the end zone to make the catch.
