UConn vs Notre Dame

6 March, 2001
Sue Bird hit a fadeaway jumper at the buzzer to lift No. 2 Connecticut to an emotional 78-76 victory over No. 1 Notre Dame and give the Huskies their 10th Big East tournament championship.

2016 National Championship

UConn vs Syracuse

Looking to secure their fourth consecutive championship, the Huskies were dominant from the opening tip. Moriah Jefferson capped off a great first quarter with a buzzer beater three to give UCONN a 15 point lead.

1995 National Championship
Coast to coast
UConn vs Tennessee

2 April, 1995
In Connecticut's first ever National Championship appearance, the Huskies found themselves tied late in the second half with Tennessee. That was until Jen Rizzotti collected a long rebound and went coast to coast, crossing over a defender, and making a layup to give UConn the two point lead, and the eventual victory.
