I ordered a set of slate coasters…they are really well done. During shipping, one of the coasters ended up with a chipped corner…not due to the packaging, appeared to be due to the rough handling during transport. Long story short, I reached out to Playbook, sent them a few photos of the damage and they got a replacement coaster out to me to complete my set ASAP. Great transaction!

I bought this as a gift for my son’s birthday. He absolutely loved it. Couldn’t wait to use it.

Shipping was a little slow. I purchased it before Christmas and it didn’t arrive for almost two weeks (3 Jan). It did arrive in perfect condition-no damage.
