The product had great quality. The printing and stitching was emaculate. For a die hard sports fan like my husband the play selection was top of the line. He has them on display and is refusing to use them for drinks/for their purpose.

A unique, well-made gift for an Orioles fan. As important as product quality, customer support was great. There was a minor issue with the set I received, and Playbook Support responded quickly, and took responsibility for correcting the issue. A pleasure to deal with.
