Playbook Inc. uses personal information to take orders, ship them, answer questions, and run this website. We limit that use to the purposes below.

Information we collect

When you buy from us, we collect the details needed for the order: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide one, and the items you bought. Payment is processed by Shopify. We do not store your full card number.

If you create an account, contact us, or leave a review, we keep the information you send. If you subscribe to email, we keep that email address.

When you browse the site, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and the pages you view.

Currency

A currency app uses your IP address to estimate your location and show prices in a local currency. The currency you are viewing is stored in a session cookie, which is removed when you close your browser, so prices stay consistent while you browse.

How we use it

• To process, make, and ship your order, and to send tracking and support messages.
• To show reviews, answer questions, and prevent fraud.
• To send email you signed up for. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To measure advertising and understand how the site is used.

Who we share it with

We share information with companies that perform services for us:

• Shopify, which runs the store and checkout.
• Printing and shipping partners who make and deliver some orders.
• Klaviyo, for email.
• Judge.me, for product reviews. If you submit a review, your name and review may be shown on the site.
• Google, Meta, and Microsoft, through advertising and analytics tags on the site.
• The currency app described above, and survey or coupon tools that run on the site.

We do not sell our customer list. Those advertising tags do send browsing information to the ad platforms so we can measure ads.

Cookies

We use cookies to run the cart, remember the currency you are viewing, and let the email and advertising tools above recognize a visit. You can block cookies in your browser. The cart and checkout may not work if you block all of them.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill orders, handle replacements and refunds, and meet tax and accounting rules. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing email with the link in the email. To ask what information we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it, use the Contact link in the footer. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires it.
