Refund policy

Replacements: We will replace products that were damaged on delivery.

Lost items: Items successfully delivered to the specified address and thereafter lost (for instance, stolen) are not eligible for a replacement.  Items that were lost by the shipper will be refunded or replaced on request.

Refunds: Refunds will be given for items that were never delivered.  Other refunds must be requested and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Given that everything is made-to-order and we are not setup to manage inventory, they will be rare in lieue of replacements.
