Processing Time

Coasters:
We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

All other products:

Our mugs, t-shirts, and others are shipped out through a third-party provider. Their processing times are dependent upon product and typically range from 2-5 days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All coaster orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or equivalent service.

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after shipment

• Expedited options may be available at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
