Shipping policy

The shipping price for your order is the price shown at checkout. It depends on what you order and where it is going. We do not publish one flat rate here, because carrier rates change through the year and the price at checkout changes with them.

Coasters

Coaster sets are made to order and shipped by us, usually by USPS Priority Mail or an equivalent service.

We set the coaster shipping price below what the carrier charges us, to help cover part of the cost of getting the order to you. That price can still change when carrier rates change. Checkout shows the price for your order.

  • Most coaster orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, including holidays, processing can take longer.
  • After the order ships, standard delivery is typically 2–4 business days.
  • An expedited option may be offered at checkout.

If the product page shows a delivery estimate for your ZIP code, that date is an estimate. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Mugs, shirts, and other printed products

Mugs, t-shirts, and our other printed products are made and shipped by a printing partner. Processing depends on the product and is typically 2–5 business days.

Shipping on those orders is a pass-through. Our printing partner sets the price for your address and chooses a service that is a good value for that location. That charge can differ from a coaster order, and it changes when their carrier rates change. Checkout shows the price for your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you receive an email with tracking information.

If something arrives damaged

We guarantee safe delivery. If an item arrives cracked or damaged, contact us with a photo and we will send a replacement. Lost packages and refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Addresses and delays

Please check that the address entered at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for an order shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or anything else outside our control.
