2018 Finals: Game 3
The Dagger and Stare
Warriors vs Cleveland
110 - 102
7 June, 2018
Up by only 3 with 50 seconds left of a Finals Game 3 in Cleveland, Golden State needed to secure the win. As the shot clock expired, Durant pulled up from deep beyond the arc to knock down the dagger 3pt. The shot not only cemented the Game 3 win, but virtually ended the series as the Warriors, up 3-0, would bring out the broomsticks and sweep away a lifeless and demoralized Cleveland team in Game 4.
2015 Finals: Game 5
The dynasty begins
Warriors vs Cleveland
105 - 97
16 June, 2015
The first ring of the dynasty. The core of Curry (NBA MVP), Green, Thompson, Iguodala, and Livingston dominated Lebron's Cleveland. This 3 pointer from Curry helped spread their lead to double digits and the Warriors would never look back, remaining firmly in control of the game until being crowned 2015 NBA Champions
1975 Finals: Game 3
Rick Barry's 38pt Game
Warriors vs Washington
109 - 101
23 May, 1975
Led by NBA Finals MVP Rick Barry, the Warriors dominated the Washington Bullets, sweeping them for the 1975 title. Barry's best game of the series was Game 3 where he put up 38 points in the win. His last basket of the game was a jumper off a cutting pass from Butch Beard.
1987 Western Conference Semis: Game 4
The Sleepy Floyd Game
Warriors vs Los Angeles
129 - 121
10 May, 1987
Facing the dominant Lakers, Sleepy Floyd pulled the Warriors back from a sweep, going on a fantastic run to overcome a 15 point deficit. Floyd recorded 29 points in the 4th quarter for a total of a record 39 in the 2nd half. Floyd's last basket of the game came off of a pick by Joe Barry Carroll.
