I never got my package

I received a tracking number and it said it was supposed to be delivered by the 19th. Well today is the 21st and no one knows where this package is. I ordered around the 10th and it was coming from Coppell, Texas and. I live in San Antonio, Texas. It should not have taken this long. I ordered it with enough time to receive it by Christmas and now I can’t give it to the person who was supposed to receive it. I was very excited to get it but now it’s been nothing but a disappointment. I would have ordered again from this company but I don’t know anymore.

Size issue

The pitcher's name "Montgomery" was cut off on the poster so it looks really unprofessional. If you would've resized the font to a smaller size so his name could fit, it would've been perfect.
