Writing is a bit light

Really great, going to be a gift (haven't given yet due to filling this out before.. thanks email), but I did notice that the engraving can be hidden if you tilt it just right when holding it. Also a little thin compared to an old coaster we have, but still great!

Product was never delivered, even though the company said it arrived. USPS never received the product, according to tracking number. Customer service stopped responding to emails. This company is fraudulent.
