2015 National Semifinals
Revenge
Wisconsin vs Kentucky
71 - 64
4 April, 2015
In the 2015 NCAA National Semifinals, Wisconsin had a chance to upset Kentucky's perfect season and repay them for ousting them in the previous year's National Semifinals. The game was evenly matched and with under two minutes to go the score was tied at 60 apiece. From there Wisconsin went on an 11 - 4 run to win the game. The run started with a three-pointer on a step-back shot Sam Dekker. The win moved Wisconsin on to the title game.
2003 Second Round
The buzzer beater
Wisconsin vs Tulsa
61 - 60
22 February, 2003
With seconds left in the second round game against Tulsa, Wisconsin was down by 2 points. Devin Harris drove the ball down the court and passed to Freddie Owens with 3 seconds to spare. Owens three-pointer gave the team the lead with a second to spare. The win gave Wisconsin a trip to the Sweet Sixteen.
2000 West Regional Final
Cinderella Run
Wisconsin vs Purdue
64 - 60
25 March, 2000
Wisconsin's Cinderella team had a tough game against Purdue in the 2000 NCAA Round of 16. With under 3 minutes to play, Wisconsin had a one point lead and would never trail again. Roy Boone's jumper was the last field goal of the game. Wisconsin went on to score another 8 points on free throws to win a trip to the National Semifinals for only the second time in school history.
2015 Conference Championship
Conference Champions
Wisconsin vs Michigan St
80 - 69
15 March, 2015
Nearing the end of the Big Ten Championship game, Bronson Koenig hit two free-throws to tie the game at 69 and send it to overtime. In OT it was all Wisconsin; they didn't allow a single basket from Michigan State. The start of the dominant 11 - 0 run came on a three pointer from Nigel Hayes off a pass from Frank Kaminsky. The win gave Wisconsin their third Big Ten title.
Common questions
Are these a good gift for a Wisconsin fan?▾
Yes. This coaster set is made for a Wisconsin fan who really knows and loves the team. They’ll recognize moments like Revenge and The buzzer beater, and each coaster gives them another piece of Wisconsin history to talk about. It’s more than a logo on a coaster — it’s a way to relive the plays and memories that made them a fan. It’s especially suited to a dad, husband, friend, or hard-to-shop-for Wisconsin fan who already owns the usual team gear.
Is this a good Christmas gift for a Wisconsin fan?▾
Yes. These coasters make a unique Christmas gift for Wisconsin fans, especially someone who already has plenty of jerseys, hats, and traditional team gear. Each coaster brings back a memorable moment from Wisconsin history, making the set both useful and personal to someone who really follows the team. What makes these different from traditional sports merchandise?▾
These coasters focus on memorable plays rather than a team logo. Each one features an original Playbook diagram of a real Wisconsin play, drawn to show how the moment unfolded. Playbook Products is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wisconsin or the NCAA.
How long do Wisconsin coaster orders take to ship?▾
Most Wisconsin coaster orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then typically arrive 2–4 business days after they ship (U.S.). During busy holiday periods, processing can take longer. A delivery date shown on this page is an estimate.
What if a coaster arrives cracked or damaged?▾
Send us a photo of the damaged coaster within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement. Please hold onto the damaged coaster until we let you know otherwise.
Are these coaster designs AI-generated?▾
No. I've spent hundreds of hours reviewing footage of these plays and drawing them up as they happened. The finished drawings are laser-etched onto the coasters using our own machines. The artwork is not generated by AI. I appreciate you supporting a small business.
