The Greatest Turnaround
Red Sox vs New York
6 - 4
17 October, 2004
Boston was facing a sweep in the ALCS by arch rival New York. No team had ever come back from a 0 - 3 deficit to win in 7. New York was leading by one run going in to the bottom of the ninth and infamous Mariano Rivera came in for the save. Kevin Millar stepped to the plate for Boston drew a walk, but Boston needed someone in scoring position so they sent Dave Roberts in to steal second. On the very first pitch after he came in Roberts took off running and was safe at second. Mueller later singled allowing Roberts to score, send the game into extra innings, and give Rivera one of his few blown saves.

This is a great gift for football fans
Exactly as pictured, shipping was fast.
I like the concept, cool gift idea, but it came misaligned. The graphic wasn’t aligned and off centered. For the price I was hoping for more attention to detail.
My son was in the stadium when Freeman hit his grand slam. Of course I had to buy him the mug. He'll get it next week for Christmas.
