2011 Super Bowl XLV
Rodgers is MVP
Packers vs Pittsburgh
31 - 25
6 February, 2011
With the win over the Steelers, the Packers ended a 14 year drought and became the first 6th seed to win the Super Bowl from the NFC. Aaron Rodgers got the MVP passing for 304 yards and 3 touchdowns. The first touchdown was the longest, 29 yards to Jordy Nelson.
1997 Super Bowl XXXI
Third Super Bowl victory
Packers vs New England
35 - 21
26 January, 1997
The Packers beat the Patriots handily in Super Bowl XXXI but in the 3rd quarter the Patriots scored to get within striking distance. Desmond Howard returned the ensuing kickoff 99 yard in what would prove to be the last touchdown for either team, giving the Packer their first NFL title since 1967.
2004 Wildcard Weekend
Harris picks Hasselbeck
Packers vs Seattle
33 - 27
4 January, 2004
The Packers faced down their former coach and a cocky Seahawks team in the 2002 Wild Card game. Seattle tied the game with under a minute left in the game, sending the game into overtime. The game ended when Al Harris intercepted Matt Hasselback, returning it 52 yards for the game-winning touchdown.
Starr wins the Ice Bowl
Packers vs Dallas
21 - 17
31 December, 1967
Dubbed "The Ice Bowl" it was the coldest championship ever played. Down by 3 in the 4th the Packers marched the ball to the 1. Third down with 16 seconds left, the Packers finally forced their way into the endzone, executing on Vince Lombardi's call to "run it, and let's get the hell out of here!"
Greatest Cubs Vintage Plays: Slate Coasters (Set of 4)
My boss originally got these as a Christmas gift. I liked them so much I decided to get another set for my dad. An awesomely unique and thoughtful gift
My kids play little league baseball and they loved giving the coasters as end of season coach gifts. The coasters are well made and the packaging is nice too.
I recommend these as a gift for any baseball lover. I ordered a couple extra to have on hand.
These were a gift for my Steeler fan. He loved them!
