A pure Masterclass from the young Frenchman, who even attempted the shot in the first place. With the defense playing well and a well placed ball from Gilles Grimandi, Thierry Henry was able to turn on the ball and drive it past the keeper at 30' into the first half. This goal became an iconic flick and volley in a close 1-0 game between Arsenal and Manchester United.
1993 Matchday 5
Wrighty 'Bam, Bam, Bam'
Arsenal vs Everton

28 August, 1993
One of Ian Wrights ultimate Premier League goals, assisted by the Keeper, David Seaman in the 78' of play. With a long kick from the box, Seaman launched the ball well over center field to Wright. Wright played it beautifully with 2 easy touches to move the defenseman around and get him out of position. From there it was one more easy touch to kick the ball over the keepers head, into the net. Ian Wright stated he didn't know it was coming and it all happened very organically.
