2009 Super Bowl XLIII
Great play in a great game
Cardinals vs Pittsburgh
23 - 27
1 February, 2009
Although the game didn't end the way Arizona would have liked, that doesn't take anything away from this play. In what is arguably the greatest Super Bowl ever, Fitzgerald had one of the greatest plays, taking a slant route for 62 yards and their first lead of the game with just over 2 minutes left.
1998 Regular Season: Week 17
Clinching first playoffs
Cardinals vs San Diego
16 - 13
27 December, 1998
1998 was a fun year to be an Arizona fan. Jake 'the Snake' led several comebacks culminating in a week 17 victory which clinched Arizona's first playoff birth ever. The win came from a 52 yard kick by Jacke who had hit game-winners in each of the previous 2 weeks as well.
2009 Conference Championship
The Tricky Touchdown
Cardinals vs Philadelphia
32 - 25
18 January, 2009
In the Conference Championship, attempting to reach their first ever Super Bowl, Arizona called a flea-flicker. As Warner recieved the ball back, he flung a pass deep to Larry Fitzgerald who ran it into the endzone for the 62 yard touchdown.
2018 Regular Season: Week 10
Larry Legend
Cardinals vs Kansas City
14 - 26
11 November, 2018
Yes, the 2018 season may have been one to forget. However, Legend Larry becoming the 2nd all-time yards leader, only behind Jerry Rice is an immense accomplishment. Also the record holder for most receptions with a single team, Fitzgerald is an Arizona legend and this play deserves to be celebrated.
