1960 Championship
Concrete's game-ending tackle
Eagles vs Green Bay
17 - 13
26 December, 1960
It was the first time Philadelphia had been back to the NFL Championship Game since their back-to-back titles in 1948 and 1949. Philadelphia was ahead by 4 points at the half but fell behind early in the 4th quarter. Ted Dean got an answering touchdown for Philadelphia, and now all they had to do was hold Green Bay on defense. With only seconds left on the clock, Green Bay was at Philadelphia's 22 and a short pass had Green Bay's Jim Taylor running toward the end zone. Chuck Bednarik came up with the game-saving tackle and stayed on top of Taylor until the clock had run down.

2004 Divisional Round
4th & 26
Eagles vs Green Bay
20 - 17
11 January, 2004
In the Divisional Round of the 2004 playoffs, the Packers were controlling the game with a 17-14 lead in the fourth quarter and the Eagles were facing a fourth and 26 from their own 26-yard line. Donovan McNabb would convert on a long pass to Freddie Mitchell. Philadelphia would go onto tie the game with a field goal and ultimately win it with another field goal in overtime.

1978 Regular Season
Miracle at the Meadowlands I
Eagles vs New York
19 - 17
19 November, 1978
Due to animosity between the teams, the Giants decided to forgo kneeling out the clock and instead ran a rushing play against their bitter rival Philadelphia Eagles. This would immediately come back to bite them as quarterback Joe Pisarcik fumbled the handoff and cornerback Herm Edwards recovered and ran it into the end zone for an Eagles victory.

1981 NFC Championship
First Conference Title
Eagles vs Dallas
20 - 7
11 January, 1981
Despite being the highest scoring team in the regular season, Dallas could only score a single touchdown against Philadelphia and fumbled five times. Philadelphia RB Wilbert Montgomery was the star of the game rushing for 194 yards and getting this 42-yard rushing touchdown for the first score of the game. Philadelphia beat Dallas handily to secure their first NFC title.
