2014 ALDS Game 2
Delmon's Double
Orioles vs Detroit
7 - 6
3 October, 2014
Delmon Young steps up to the plate with bases loaded and on out. Off the first pitch, he cranks a double into left field. The ball bounces off the outfield wall and is relayed to the third baseman and then to the catcher for a missed tag on the 3rd RBI. This would give the Baltimore Orioles a 2 game lead in the 2014 American League Division Series (ALDS) Game 2. The Orioles would later go on to beat the Detroit Tigers 2-1 in the final ALDS game two days later to move onto the ALCS.
