2007 Regular Season
The Upset
Stanford vs USC
24 - 23
6 October, 2007
In 2007 Stanford wasn't yet a feared team, but they had their sights on beating USC. Quarterback Tavita Pritchard had his first start evert that night and led Stanford to a huge upset. Stanford was down 6 with :54 to play when Prichard found Mark Bradford in the endzone for the winning score.

1990 Big Game
Revenge for The Play
Stanford vs California
27 - 25
17 November, 1990
Stanford had scored with 12 sec left and were down 24 - 25. They tried for a 2pt conversion and it was intercepted. Reminiscent of "The Play," Cal thought they had won and stormed the field. Stanford did an onside kick, recovered it, and John Hopkins kicked a 39 yd FG for the win as time expired.

1971 Rose Bowl
Plunkett to Vataha
Stanford vs Ohio State
27 - 17
1 January, 1971
Stanford was down 13 - 14 against Ohio State to start the fourth quarter over the 1971 Rose Bowl, but they stepped up with two touchdowns to win the game. Jim Plunkett's to 10 yard pass to Randy Vataha for the touchdown was the last score of the game and the final nail in the coffin for Ohio State.

2012 Regular Season
Hogan to Ertz
Stanford vs Oregon
17 - 14
17 November, 2012
In 2012 Stanford stood between Oregon and a national championship game. With time running out in the 4th quarter Oregon was up by a touchdown. That's when Kevin Hogan hit Zach Ertz for a 10yd pass to tie game at 14 - 14. Stanford won the game in overtime.
