The 1973 season was a perfect season for UCLA. In the NCAA Championship against Memphis State, Bill Walton put on one of the best individual Finals performances ever, putting up 44 points. HIs final basket is shown here. UCLA won it's 9th title and it's 7th straight title.

UCLA had played Houston earlier in the season in what was dubbed the 'Game of the Century'. Lew Alcindor, now Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, was playing injured in that game and UCLA lost by 2 pts. With Alcindor healthy, UCLA crushed Houston in the Final Four, beating them by 32 pts.

Edney's 4.8s dash
UCLA vs Missouri

With 4.8 seconds left on the clock, UCLA was down one point to Missouri. Tyus Edney got the ball by UCLA's own basket and streaked down the court to lay in a basket at the buzzer. The shot won the game and propelled them on to the 1995 title over Arkansas, UCLA's 11th championship overall.

In 2008 UCLA was looking to make it's third straight Final Four appearance and they did it, steamrolling through Xavier. UCLA won by 19 points and the last basket of the game was this three-pointer; a final dagger to Xavier. The win notched UCLA it's 18th overall Final Four appearance.
