Marlins vs Colorado

11 May, 1996
In 1996, Al Leiter tossed the first no-hitter in the Marlin's history with a dominant display against the Colorado Rockies. In front of a homecrowd, it was a delight for fans to witness such a rarity as franchise history was made.
1997 World Series: Game 7
Walk-Off World Champs
Marlins vs Cleveland
3 - 2
26 October, 1997
Game 7 of a World Series and it goes to extra innings - it doesn't get better than this. Thankfully for Marlins fans, instead of heartbreak, they were treated to jubilation as Renteria hit a walk-off single just high enough to get past Nagy's glove and drive Counsell home for the score and title.
2003 NLDS: Game 4
The Collision
Marlins vs San Francisco
7 - 6
4 October, 2003
With the game-tying run coming towards home, Conine threw a ball slightly off-center to Rodriguez who caught it stepped to the right and boom! A huge collision at the plate but Pudge held on to the ball and the runner was called out. Florida was advancing to the NLCS.
2003 World Series: Game 6
The Shutout Wins it All
Marlins vs New York
2 - 0
25 October, 2003
Florida won their second World Series title against a very good New York team. Pitcher Josh Beckett pitched all 9 innings holding New York scoreless to help Florida seal the victory. It was their second title in only 10 years of existence, a truly special achievement.
