The Detroit Bad Boys were dominant in the Finals, sweeping the Lakers in 4 games. With 30 seconds to go in Game 4 the Pistons executed a fantastic series of passes to hit Laimbeer in the corner for a jumper. It was a margin that the Lakers could not overcome, and it gave Detroit its 1st NBA title.
