It had been 34 years since a pitcher had last won 30 games in one season. Since Denny McLain won 30 games for Detroit in 1968, no pitcher has came close to accomplishing the feat. 1968 is also memorable for Detroit's World Series victory but World Series are won every year - this was truly special.
With each sip from your Tigers plays coffee mug, you're not just enjoying your favorite beverage; you're honoring the unforgettable moments that define your fandom. Whether it's for yourself or a gift for a fellow Tigers fan, these mugs are sure to make your mornings brighter.

I will remember this Pete Alonso homerun till the day I die. And I had the radio blasting and when Howie Rose screamed, "HE DID IT! HE DID IT!" I nearly cried (tears of joy.) I love my commemorative mug; I bought one for my brother for Christmas; I know he will love it too!
Everything is perfect about the mug BUT Freddie Freeman's name is on the right side of the plate. Freddie bats left handed - you got everything right but Freddie's position on home plate. It still holds coffee tho .....
Mugs arrived timely & as advertised! I got these for our grandsons for Christmas! They are huge Dodger fans !
The image printed on the mug did not fit. Things were cut off on each end, leading to the names of the teams being cut off. I reached out to customer service and got an initial response but since then nothing. This is unresolved and I don’t believe this company will make it right.
