Great product and customer service!

I ordered a set of slate coasters…they are really well done. During shipping, one of the coasters ended up with a chipped corner…not due to the packaging, appeared to be due to the rough handling during transport. Long story short, I reached out to Playbook, sent them a few photos of the damage and they got a replacement coaster out to me to complete my set ASAP. Great transaction!
